Drawing on her own family business background, along with a decade of data-driven research, she brings a unique blend of empathy and expertise to her work.

She has authored numerous research papers, case studies, and articles published internationally, and continues to research and write actively on family businesses.
- Her leadership journey includes serving as Director-cum-Dean of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India’s Centre of Excellence, Hyderabad, and as Academic Director of the Thomas Schmidheiny Centre for Family Enterprise at the Indian School of Business (ISB). She has also held senior roles such as Head of Analytics at the Insurance Information Bureau of India (an initiative of IRDAI), Associate Professor at IBS Hyderabad, and Auditor in Singapore.
